Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales consultants
* Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Monitor team performance and conduct regular training & coaching
* Build strong relationships with developers, clients, and internal stakeholders
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity
* Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines

Requirements
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai real estate
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
* Experience in team handling, KPIs, and performance management
* Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market (off-plan & secondary preferred)
