* Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & other platforms
* Shoot and edit short-form videos (reels, stories, TikToks)
* Develop content ideas aligned with brand strategy
* Cover office activities, property tours & events
* Collaborate with marketing & sales teams
* Maintain a consistent posting and content calendar

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Executive
* Strong knowledge of reels, trends, hooks & algorithms
* Comfortable with camera-facing content
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Real estate or corporate content experience is a plus
